Our roof restoration process begins with a thorough roof cleaning. Using a powerful 3500psi pressure cleaner, we remove years of built-up grime and mould to restore your roof’s appearance. We also clean out any leaf debris from gutters and provide a wash-down for solar panels if present. Finally, the entire roof is rinsed with a lance wand, ensuring all remaining dirt and debris are cleared away.

Roof Repair

Next, we inspect and repair the entire roof, replacing any broken, chipped, or cracked tiles to ensure future leak prevention. For metal roofs, we replace any damaged metal sheets as needed. Valley tiles are realigned, and ridge tiles are repointed to maintain a leak-proof seal. On metal roofs, we repair or replace flashing as necessary.

We also apply a high-grade polyurethane sealant around all roof protrusions, such as chimneys and extractor fans, to ensure complete waterproofing.

Professional Roof Painting

After cleaning and repairing, we apply a high-build sealer coat to the roof using an airless spray machine, creating a strong base layer. Next, we finish with two even coats of Industrial Roof Protect membrane paint, giving your roof a fresh, like-new appearance.
